We specialize in concept design for both Residential and Commercial Builds. We execute all the design aspects of your project including all Architectural Plans and 3d renders for the real-life look and feel. It’s everything you need to break ground. We also have a list of trusted Contractors and Engineers who we highly recommend when the time comes to start building. By the end of our scope of work you will have the following from us:


  • Construction Plans: Master Plan, Interior floor Plans, all Sections and Elevations.


  • High resolution Realistic renders of the Build to show the look and feel and textures, both Interior and Exterior. Here we will also place similar trees in the render to reflect the real Trees you want to keep on the Plot (when we design the layout we take all trees into consideration and try to design based on your brief with as minimal vegetation displacement as possible). The Interior render stage is how we will be including the Interior Design of the build. The renders will also dramatically reduce the time of the build as the finishes will be already decided on long before breaking ground through the Render look and Feel design stage, making your selection stage of finishes and suppliers much easier and allowing the contractor to visualize exactly what you want.


  • Detailed Plans and Schematics: Plans, Sections and Elevations of all the fixed details (joinery) of the house.


  • Window and Door Schedules: Elevations and Sections of all the windows and doors in the build.


  • Electrical Schematic Plan: Electrical layout on plan indicating sockets, switches and light points. (this is just the Electrical Layout, the Electrical Engineer you choose will handle the detailed Technical electrical drawings following our Layout).


  • 5 x Blue prints of all the Plans with Architect's Title ready For Submission. Here we will also handle the Facilitation and Processing of the Construction Approvals for you so you can start building.


  • Our final stage will be to Liaise with all the Exterior Consultants and Engineers you choose (advised by us) in order to have the final design drawings for the Mechanical, Electrical, Pluming (MEP), and Structural drawings.


  • Once we have finalized all of the above, we will work with the Quantity Surveyor to produce the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in order to have a final calculated build price for your house. Once you have the BOQ, you will be ready to choose your contractor for the build by sending them the blank BOQ for them to create their price proposals for building your development.


We offer our Full Scope Architectural design service but followed right throughout the build itself. Together with our Building partner ATA we will project manage your build from start to finish.
